The GSCPA reserves the right to remove access to any participant on this blog for any reason and in particular for violation of the policies set forth as follows:
- Do not post commercial solicitations of any kind. You may refer to products and services you use, that other organizations offer, if in response to a direct request from a list participant, and if they ask for this to be public. Otherwise, all product recommendations should be limited to one-on-one communications.
- Be courteous. Rude, profane or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated.
- Be aware that you are responsible for the information you post to this blog.
- A good guideline is if you wouldn’t want the information to appear in a national newspaper, you don’t want to post it here. You are responsible for any information that could be construed as slander, libel or defamatory.
- Avoid posting any information that could be construed as anti-competitive, suggests pricing structures, or discourages any person from a particular product or service.
- Do not post any information that violates any copyright.
- Unless otherwise specified, consider all content on this blog as copyrighted by the person posting the information. As with all media, you may not republish or use this information without the owner’s permission.
- Promotion of events offering CPE credit that are not sponsored by the GSCPA is prohibited.
